DJ Entertainment & Photo Booth Terms and Conditions - Last Updated: October 2024

1. Booking Confirmation
To secure your event date and time, a non-refundable booking fee of $200 is required. This amount will be applied toward the total balance due.

2. Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 10 working days before the event. Accepted payment methods include:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card (subject to a 2.2% surcharge)
- Cash on the night (only by prior arrangement)
3. Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The booking fee is non-refundable. If the event is canceled within 60 days of the scheduled date, the full balance will be payable.
4. Date Changes
Event date changes are permitted up to 90 days before the scheduled event, subject to availability. A new booking fee may be required.

5. Performance Duration
The standard performance duration includes up to 5 hours of music. Additional time may be available at a rate of $100 per hour or part thereof.
6. Equipment and Setup
The DJ will supply all necessary equipment for the performance. The client must provide a suitable space and a reliable power source. A minimum of 1.5 hours is required for setup before the event commences.
7. Damage to Equipment
The client is responsible for any damage to the DJ’s equipment caused by guests. The client agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement for any damages incurred.
8. Liability
The DJ is not liable for any injuries or damages occurring during the event. The client assumes full responsibility for the event and guest conduct.
9. Music Requests
The DJ will consider reasonable music requests; however, the final playlist will be curated at the DJ’s discretion to ensure a well-balanced and enjoyable experience.
10. Conduct
The DJ reserves the right to terminate the performance if the environment becomes unsafe or if guests engage in inappropriate behavior.
11. Force Majeure
The DJ is not responsible for performance cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or emergencies. However, reasonable efforts will be made to secure a replacement DJ or alternative entertainment where possible.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
